Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are down from last April to $1,00,000, a -5.1% change from last year. There were 16 single-family homes sold during April, a 20.0% decrease last April. The area’s supply of homes has grown with 31 homes on the market which places inventory up 29.2% from a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 12 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.3% of their asking price but 41.9% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold indicating possible home prices are softening.
