Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last December to $1,220,000, +31.9% more than last year. There were 15 single-family homes sold during December, a 40% decrease from last December. The area supply of homes was 24 active listings on the market, which places inventory at 26.3% above a year ago. The market is easing for buyers, with new listings lasting 39 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 98.6% of their asking price, and 62.5% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to get their homes sold.
