Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices increased from last December to $1,330,000, 9.2% more than last year. There were 14 single-family homes sold during December, down 6.7% from last year. The area supply of homes equaled 21 active listings on the market, which places inventory 12.5% less than last year. The market continues to be tight for buyers with the number of available homes to purchace, but listings are lasting 48 days due to the holiday season. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.0% of their asking price, and 42.9% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to sell their homes.
