January 2022 Arroyo Grande Housing Report

Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last January to $1,110,000, a 49.7% Change from Last Year. There were 15 single-family homes sold during January, a 16.7% decrease last January. The area continues to struggle in the supply of homes with just 17 homes on the market which places inventory down 45.2% from a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 15 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.0% of their asking price and only 29.4% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
