Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices decreased from last January to $779,000, 29.9% less than last year. There were 10 single-family homes sold during January, a 33.3% decrease from last January. The area supply of homes was 21 active listings on the market, which places inventory at 23.5% above a year ago. The market is easing for buyers, with new listings lasting 17 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.6% of their asking price, and 52.4% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to get their homes sold.
