Arroyo Grande Median’s home prices increased from last January to $954,000, 22.6% more than last year. There were 12 single-family homes sold during January, up 20.0 % from last year. The area supply of homes was 19 active listings on the market, which places inventory at 9.5% less than last year. The market has eased a bit for buyers, with new listings lasting 46 days due to the holidays. Sellers, on average, are getting 99.3% of their asking price, and 31.6% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to sell their homes.
