The area supply of homes is increasing with 37 active listings on the market which places inventory at 23.3% above a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 9 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 101.3% of their asking price and 48.65% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
