Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices decreased from last June to $1,100,000, just .1% lower than last year. There were 19 single-family homes sold during June, down 29.6% from last year. The area supply of homes had 32 active listings on the market, which places inventory 13.5% lower than last year. The market continues to be tight for buyers, with new listings lasting just 17 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 102.1% of their asking price, and 43.8% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to sell their homes.
