The area supply of homes was 31 active listings on the market which places inventory at 6.9% above a year ago. The market is easing for buyers with new listings lasting 26 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 96% of their asking price and 51.6% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
